Mummy cannot believe l am 11/2 years old, where has the time gone, she says?

I went to the nurse and she said l am doing fine.

My weight is 11.5kgs and l am 84 cm long!

Coming back from Argentina was hard as there were no people around us. Mum says l kept looking around for people and grabbing her hand and saying “vamos”. I would go past abuelas house and say “abu” and mum would say she is in Argentina.
I know a lot of words now, they include:
Ma, mama, my dad, vamos, cat, dog, caballo (nneeyy), monkey Ieieiei), milk, agua, susu, caca, hat, book, square, star, fish, tiger (roar)
I can feed myself and l love it. I point to what l want and for some reason l scream if l do not get what l want! I can walk (when l want to) holding mummy and/or daddy’s hand. But when l have had enough l give up and go the other way.

I can brush my teeth and hair. Plus l can pull my shoes and socks off and try and put them back on. I also know that when l go outside l need a hat and scarf due to the very cold weather we are having.
We have a nice backyard now and when l go outside l do not want to come back in, but l do kicking and screaming.
At 11/2 years l became sick and l was on antibiotics for over 2 weeks, l had an ear infection and l missed swimming, which was no good at all!
I love to read, “a book”, I cannot get enough of them, l look through them myself too. And each night my mum reads to me before l go to sleep. Life is trully beautiful.

In April 2009 we went to Argentina and it was a surprise, only 2 people knew we were coming and it was great. My dad promised my mum and also my abuelos that he would be the first to go to Argentina and we were. We got to meet everybody and had a great time. My tio Eduardo and tia Alicia live on a farm, so l got see all the animals. I learnt Spanish while l was there, chancho!!! Caballo, pipi, vamos….My cousins were there, lets see Luciano, Koki, Franko, Ernestina, Rosana, Soledad, always people around it was great. In the campo they had heaps to do….horses, cows, pigs, dogs, chicken, people, food…..

My tia Nieves and tio Pepe live in quilmes and they had a swing set there, it was fun too. There were also my cousins Bianca, Sergio X2, Nicolas, Santiago they where all there to play with me.

We also saw my great-grandfather, he has never met a grandchild from Australia, and l was the first, how great was that.

Here we are back in India, l am having such a great this first year on my life, l have seen many places.
We went to Dubai first, mummy loved it she says people are full of money there, just check out the photos.

We went on a Safari ride and had a wonderful time, we also rode on a camel and have the pics to prove it.

Then we went to India so see the family again, but this time there was one more addition, my sister Alisha!

Look at me l am walking and l have turned one, hooray. My brother Shaurya and sister Elisha are also here from India to celebrate this special time with me. I am wearing the traditional Indian costume, don’t l look handsome? Rajneesh and Shikha look great too. We played games and eat some yummy food and l got lots of presents.

Here l am before turning one and l can walk, l walk everywhere as l have no time to crawl.
My family from India comes to visit me. We did so many things, we went to Gumbaya park and saw some native Australian animals, we went out for pinics, we went to the pools, on a boat ride, to the beach, to the park and played on all the games too much fun …..

Yummy food, l love my crusket biscuits…

Life is beautiful, here we all are mum, dad and me. This is the first time l touched sand and water. I just did not want to go l liked it too much.
